Chelsea open talks with £40m Manchester United and Liverpool target

Chelsea have opened talks with Toni Kroos' agent about a £40 move, reports claimed.

Spanish outlet Fichajes claims that the Blues have entered discussions about a move for the Real Madrid midfielder.
Kroos is said to be unhappy about a lack of playing time at the Bernabeu.
And Chelsea appear to have taken the decision to strike now.
Manchester United and Liverpool reportedly want to bring Kroos to England and a battle could be on the horizon.
The Express report that the Red Devils are weighing up a £38.7m move for the World Cup winner.
Klopp is also said to be hopeful of luring Kroos to England by using the German connection.
