Lewis Hamilton vows to consider the whole Mercedes team before making a decision

In last season’s Mexican Grand Prix Hamilton pleaded with Merc engineers to let him race on rather than change tyres in the hope of beating team-mate Nico Rosberg to the chequered flag.
And two weeks later in Brazil, Hamilton asked the Merc boffins to mix-up his strategy to give him a chance of chasing down Rosberg for the win.
On both occasions Hamilton requests fellon deaf ears and Rosberg roared to victory.But despite the dual disappointment, three-time world champion Hamilton claimed he would never take maters into his own hands.
